Around Waikanae the rabbits raise themselves, all that’s needed is to get a .22 rifle and shoot them at night; of course with suitable precautions that rabbits are all that are hit.
Sadly, a few years ago in impoverished areas of the US, actually a city somewhere, I can’t recall… but a woman was raising rabbits for meat and the authorities shut her down… not allowed to keep rabbits for food.. probably do that now in New Zealand and Australia… laws on the books already here about having a garden etc… they will try to shut it down… we must rid ourselves of this government they are as bad as Ardern’s if not worse….
