Details available at this point are sketchy — the three lots together are 2,427 sq. metres and at present have dwellings on them, but property businessmen want to replace the existing dwellings with 17 town houses. That seems a lot for the amount of space, unless two stories, motel style, are intended.

We are told the WCB has asked that the Resource Consent be publicly notified, meaning people can lodge submissions on what the property businessmen want to do.
