“This week, Ventia, the company which maintains the electricity network, is removing seven trees on Park Avenue which are too close to the electricity power lines. A few more within Waikanae Park will also be removed for the same reason.

“Works will take place between 8am and 4pm, 10–14 November. Ventia is advising people to not park close to the work while it’s underway.”
