As well as the reports reposted on WW, I have been in touch with a few people who live in Ukraine, and it’s clear they’d rather not be there. It’s also clear they are very nervous about criticising the regime on social media as the SBU (the regime’s Gestapo) with the the CIA/MI6 track down those who do for ‘special treatment.’ Diana Panchenko was able to escape, but others have not been so lucky. The overwhelming majority of Ukrainians who are still in Ukraine want the war to end; those who don’t — the fantatics — are nearly all in the west of the country well away from the frontlines.
