The white building is a supermarket (Ralphs), but that’s not obvious.  Clearly it has put much effort into making not only its internal premises beautiful, but also its exterior.  And no, its products are at prices for ordinary people, not the rich.

The obvious question – if this can be done in Santa Barbara, why not around Mahara Place in Waikanae too?
