Mayor Ross Church in his Classic Torque column says, “We had everyone from college students to retired people giving their views, in everything from single-line responses to multiple-page submissions” and that this is “democracy through community participation” which it is.  We received a letter in response to our submission saying that the council will consider submissions next month and will let us know what they have decided in respect of our points, which will be posted on here.
