As was pre-announced in an earlier post, details of this competition are now on the KCDC website here

The design will be used to replace the current signs at the roadside when entering the town on SH1.

The contest closes next 4 March and the winner gets $500.  No residency restrictions are stated beyond “entry is open to all residents” although it’s not clear if this means Waikanae, the Kapiti Coast or NZ.
