Noticed in the latest issue of the Kapiti News was this ad for viewings of Keith Wood’s garden at 51 Kapanui Road ‘one last time.’  The lot in this case is 1200 square metres (or for the old fashioned, a bit over a quarter acre) which isn’t huge, but you can still do impressive things in that space and good ideas are always worth getting.
