police will lie right in your face.
I’m dealing with an insurance claim where I was put at fault, they claim she went through a yellow light, but from my vision light was well into red as other driver bowled through lights.
I asked the police officer Marama involved, from New Brighton Police if they had obtained cctv footage of crash.
The officer lies and said ”Good morning Hayden,
“In regards to your first question the CCTV footage above the lights through that intersection was not working but we were able to obtain security footage from the Z petrol station on Marshlands road but this did not however show the traffic lights through that intersection…..”
Yet through my own investigation I obtained the exact same traffic light cctv footage from same time, and it clearly shows other driver that hit me went through red light just before she hits the white lines.
This Police officer has lied straight to my face and made up some stupid excuse to cover his/her arse. Just pushed through papers without proper investigation.
Fuck the police. Now you can see why i have never trusted the police.
