Rebel News and Avi Yemini have now published their article and video regarding revelations on the BFD this morning that the NZ Police sought any information they could use to enforce a decision that they’d already made to stop Avi Yemini and Rukshan Fernando from coming to New Zealand.
The Platform has also run this story; Sean Plunket interviewed Avi Yemini on his show this morning.

At the time of the (expensive) opening ceremony at the end of March, we wondered how long it would be before they reappeared — and the answer is less than 5 months. In a few places new patches of tar-seal have appeared, in others the cones block off a lane.
Here is a mockumentary made by CTV in 2014.

We had a post on Wellington mayoral candidate Barbara McKenzie last week. In the meantime she has been the target of a defamatory smear by Victoria University of Wellington Students Association (VUWSA). This is typical of Extreme Left fringe organisations, and there’s nothing especially new about it; they’ve always been doctrinaire, dull, blinkered, monochromatic and obsessive. What’s new is that the mainstream media in Jacindaland have also become infested with these types and paid by the government to tell lies.
The link to her statement on her blog is here
She additionally comments:
It’s been scary. There was already Stuff’s weird conspiracy theory about VFF planning armed revolution, which they’ve tried to drag me into. At a candidate’s meeting in Island Bay they had a series of rapid fire questions, one of which was “Do you have any association, or affiliation, with any organisation or group whose intent is to make NZ ungovernable?” When I said no, some in the audience jeered. I felt helpless and furious, and was thrown for the rest of the meeting. And then this. Only way is to go on the attack, including a court action for defamation. Might be able to get publicity for some issues at the same time!

The use of CRISPR-Cas9 to edit genes was thrust into the spotlight ten years ago in 2012 when George Church, Jennifer Doudna, Emmanuelle Charpentier, and Feng Zhang harnessed it as a tool to modify targeted regions of genomes.
A discovery that earned Doudna and Charpentier a Nobel prize. Given its potential to revolutionize gene editing, Science magazine named CRISPR Breakthrough of the Year in 2015.
Biotech PR went into high gear announcing that an era of precise, safe gene editing and biotech therapy had arrived, promising better crops and livestock, as well as the faultless cure of diseases and genetic defects.
By 2017, it had become apparent that problems were surfacing. Multiple scientists were raising red flags. A summary in New Scientist 18 July 2018 headlined “CRISPR gene editing is not quite as precise and as safe as thought”.
A study of CRISPR by Allan Bradley of the Wellcome Sanger Institute in the UK and others found that in animal and human cell CRISPR experiments around a fifth of cells showed unexpected deletions or rearrangements more than 100 DNA letters long. These surprising changes are sometimes thousands of letters long.
Bradley noted some groups were developing treatments that would involve using genetic techniques to edit billions of cells inside the human body (sound familiar?). There’s a chance that a few of these cells might turn cancerous, he said:
“There’s a risk of causing cancer sometime in a patient’s lifetime. We need to understand more before rushing into human clinical trials.”
A paper published in Cell in 2020 examining CRISPR’s possible use on human embryos found that in more than half of the cases, the editing caused unintended changes, such as loss of an entire chromosome or big chunks of it—sufficient to cause life ending medical conditions.
The general conclusion was that editing of genetic and epigenetic systems carries risks of unintended consequences, and that genetic mobility and rearrangement of genetic sequences is a common outcome. Great caution was advised
Come the pandemic panic of January 2020 and the consequent loosening of the already inadequate safety protocols surrounding genetic experimentation. There followed the warp speed approval of barely tested mRNA vaccines. Then there was the pressure on governments:
Giving evidence to Parliament in May 2021, Dominic Cummings, chief advisor to Boris Johnson, said:
‘The conventional wisdom was that we were not going to be able to have any vaccines in 2020. In March, I started getting calls from various people saying, “These new MRNA vaccines could well smash the conventional wisdom, and don’t necessarily stick to it.” – People like Bill Gates and that kind of network were saying that.’
There was no mention of mainstream scientific caution about biotech safety. The potential profits were mouth-watering. The introduction of gene therapy-based vaccines to billions of people, without any necessity to warn them of the well known risks, was all set to roll.
18 months on the situation has become apocalyptic:
You might think that there would be pause for thought, but you would be wrong. Government authorities are so far down the track, that it is proving difficult if not impossible to turn around. Instead they are doubling down.
Just reflect for a moment that the predatory commercial arm of the biotech industry has achieved a sought after goal:
It is open season for biotech shots and no one involved in the gravy train is going to give that up without a fight. Dozens of new biotech vaccines are in the development pipeline, all hoping to cash in on the tsunami of death.
The battle lines have been drawn. On the one side vested interests with deep pockets, the modern medical establishment, and governments seeking ultimate control over personal choice, are urging on the majority of highly vaccinated people whose health is deteriorating rapidly but whose belief in final vaccine victory remains undimmed.
On the other hand, small bands of cautious unvaccinated individuals, rational scientists, and alternative media have their health, but are facing unprecedented criticism and cancellation. They have been labelled violent fascists determined to undermine democracy.
No one recalls or references the well known severe risks of biotech interventions which are detailed in multiple reputable journals pre-pandemic.
No one in authority will reference any current publishing that raises red flags. Instead they are blindly intent on making everyone comply with Covid vaccination policies and presumably in the near future with more novel biotech vaccines covering a wide range of illnesses.
For centuries it has been held that free will is what distinguishes us from animals, take that away and what are we left with?

What is “democracy”?
A system of government by the whole population of a country, typically through elected representatives.
By extension of logic, this concept suggests that the populace is equal?
According to a Holy Grail (1) apparently chaps in American times gone bye, by the name of Jefferson and later Lincoln, espoused and subscribed to the doctrine that, “all men are created equal” as a fundamental element of the American Constitution.
Evolution of democracy also manifests in freedom of expression (restrictions on abuse, obscene threatening language etc axiomatic).
Devoid of a written constitution and based on the Westminster model (2), the UK embraced a similar ethos. New Zealand followed this model.
Until the arrival of the Jacinda Ardern Labour government, the prescript that “all men are equal” was explicit and implicit in documents and conventions which contributed to what makes up our “constitution”.
Note: Better make that “all people”, given the “woke” virus currently circulating.
The creed; “Equality before the law irrespective of race, creed, colour, religion or beliefs”, together with an absolute commitment to preservation of private property, are the pillars of what I would enshrine as core philosophy of any new political party.
New political party? As Sir Bob Jones once counselled me: “Leave it till the last six months”.
In every country across the globe, Governments face opposing views.
Where opposition manifests in China and Russia and any other state which does not subscribe to the American version of democratic government, arrests, detentions and penalties imposed by those countries are vilified as anti-democratic and unacceptable breaches of the rights of people to hold opposing views.
The danger however, is how far are “Western Democracies” from the Eastern Asian version of governance?
For examples, at one extreme of “Western Democracy” we have the plight of Julian Assange & Edward Snowden. And back here in good old New Zealand?
Apartheid! Elevating one ethnic group above all others in not “democracy”.
Eminent historian, former MP, Hon Dr Michael Bassett, who clinically debunks interpretations by some Maori of the Treaty of Waitangi and who condemns the concomitant power grabs by Maori; from water rights to preferential treatment and control of New Zealand’s health industry, is now blacklisted (excuse the pun) from Main-Stream Media.
Professor Rata, along with six other University of Auckland Professors and Emeritus Professors published a letter In Defence of Science, which said indigenous knowledge “falls far short of what can be defined as science itself.”
The opinions of these academic experts were vociferously attacked. Main-Stream Media lead a charge from peers ostensibly in control of, who retains their employment at universities?
Banning these eminent academics by lock-out or bullying, by Main-Stream Media, hardly reflects the ethos of Freedom of Speech.
And, if Hon Dr Michael Bassett is correct, that Main-Stream Media is bought and paid for by the Labour government, (3) the pillars of New Zealand’s democracy are under serious threat.
In fact, the perception of repression and threats of prosecution for challenging Labour’s policies formulated on the basis of race was so tangible that when I posted a contrary view in July 2021, I entitled the article:
“Apartheid in New Zealand. If I must go to jail for saying this; then so it be.” (4)
Anti Vax Anti Mandate.
Claire Deeks – a leader of Voices for Freedom, previously had her Facebook taken down.
Last week prominent anti mandate protestor Chantelle Baker (5) was blocked from Facebook. “Meta, which owns Facebook, has previously said it doesn’t allow people to share misinformation on their profiles that could lead to harm.”
“Misinformation”? Pardon me, but holding a different opinion of any subject matter, must be a fundamental element of “democratic governance”?
Defining “misinformation” and providing examples taken from governments across the globe, would require a separate bog, but suffice to say in this case, the arrogance of a social media platform to presume that it’s version of events is not misinformation on behalf of a Dark Hand, exposes graphically how vulnerable “we” all are to “misinformation”.
A few months back, Mz Baker’s father – Leighton Baker, was arrested for protesting at government policies.
This is the same Baker who had his Twitter page taken down a month out from the last election. Baker’s crime? A hard-core Christian, is reported as being opposed to gender theory, prostitution, decriminalisation of abortion, marijuana and euthanasia.
So much for freedom of expression.
Note: I am pro abortion, gay rights, euthanasia and have mooted decriminalisation of dope (to deny gangs the cash flow they reap as illicit supply chains) but I recognise the democratic right Baker has to promote his views.
Not long ago, Brian Tamaki was arrested for leading protests in Auckland.
I don’t’ know Mr Tamaki. But I do respect his rights to express his views in the form “protests” against this (or any) government.
What’s that? Did I hear a shout from the audience: “Hypocrite. You were a Red Squad commander which brutally put down protest against apartheid in South Africa.”
Yes, I was. But it is not the Guardians who call the shots. Read this article: “From Revered to Reviled”. (6)
I have never meet Chantelle Baker but I have met her father, and also Claire Deeks.
Meeting these people and/or supporting their rights to express their views, does not mean I share their views.
What it means is, I believe in a democratic system where opposition to government policy is a healthy manifestation that not all denizens are sheep who follow or are intimidated to reclusive status.
Oh!
I also spoke about the rights gang members have in some situations. This does not mean that I support gangs (in fact I think their unbridled power today is a major concern). But I do believe in the Rule of Law. (7)
STOP PRESS.
This blog is about democracy where freedom of expression is a basic right.
25 August 2022 Police arrest and charge far-right Counter-spin Media pair in Christchurch with allegedly distributing objectionable material (8)
Tread carefully here Ross for as Voltaire warned: “God is on the side of the big battalions”. And, I’m a Pagan.
Not allowed to talk about matters before the Courts. Is this another weapon of State control over what YOU are allowed to debate? Shades of a Non-Western version of “Democracy”?
I’m not anti vax. I’m double shot.
However, I do respect that there are many who were and remain sceptical about the cacophony of fear promoted by “medical experts” and cunning politicians that the vaccination would prevent Covid – a blatant false claim.
This was accompanied by restrictions of movement imposed by (in my view) power grabbing politicians who abused the atmosphere of fear they had substantially created, which: (a) kept families separated for months (b) caused domestic violence and divorce (c) small business to crash (d) accompanied by financial grief (e) and had New Zealand labelled a “Hermit State”.
Where does this leave NZ?
A change of government is only one step toward rectifying the chaos the current government has bestowed upon New Zealand.
If Winston Churchill was right when he said: “Democracy is the worst form of government – except for all the others that have been tried,” then maybe our system is the best option?
Plato however has a different point of view; that democracy is not the best form of government. According to him, equality brings power-seeking individuals who are motivated by personal gain. They can be highly corruptible, and this can eventually lead to tyranny.
In my opinion, Plato’s scenario is not far from the mark.

It all just seems too coincidental to the well-publicised accounts by now expelled Labour MP Gaurav Sharma of the Jacinda government’s nefarious internal behaviour and the Stuffers’ smear campaign against her regime’s opponents, to believe it was anything other than a Comrade Jacinda-ordered set up; in effect a desperate attempt by her and her henchmen to deflect attention from the dictatorial, bullying nature of her regime.
It’s easy to picture Comrade Jacinda getting on the phone to her loyal unquestioning Comrade Obergruppenführer Coster with an angry order to “shut down Counterspin Media by any fabricated means you have to and give them ‘special treatment’.”
Below is the media release
COUNTERSPIN MEDIA PRESS RELEASE
26 August 2022
A sustained and orchestrated attack campaign has been waged by the state against ‘Counterspin Media’.
The goal: to carefully construct a narrative for public consumption that paints ‘Counterspin’ in the worst way possible. It is our belief that the recent arrests of the Executive Producers and Hosts of ‘Counterspin’ [Kelvyn Alp and Hannah Spierer], are to silence the one media organisation that stands true to its no-nonsense ‘facts and evidence’ based ethos. The real fourth estate.
Kelvyn and Hannah were arrested on Thursday 25 August 2022 and charged with allegations relating to ‘objectionable’ material. The alleged offense; a link to an offshore site containing parts of a documentary investigation into the “Christchurch Massacre” shared on ‘Telegram’. All electronics including production equipment, mobile phones, drives and computers were seized.
It seems the state via its Chief Censor, believes it’s the sole arbiter of what information people have access to.
Kelvyn and Hannah reject these allegations.
‘Counterspin Media’ have at least four open investigations into Government, Police and State Service corruption, including, but not limited to crimes against humanity. We believe this current action is an attempt to shut down our ability to bring information of vital public interest/importance to the people.
It is the opinion and position of ‘Counterspin Media’ that the New Zealand Government has become an internationally influenced criminal organisation working against the interests of the people. As with all criminals, we believe they wilfully and freely violate and conceal their fiduciary responsibilities and laws of equity.
We are thankful for the overwhelming support we are receiving from you, the people. We shall not cower, back down or shy away from our steadfast belief that the people are the highest authority on this land and as such are not subject to restrictions in anyway, save physical harm being caused and a victim created.
To all those that have subjugated themselves to the state’s indoctrinated mind-set, we say this; we are fighting and standing for you also, whether you realise it or not.
