This covered the oblong between Parata Street on the west side, the Main Road (later SH1) on the east, Hira Street on the south and Hemi Street on the north.

Hira St is now Ngaio Road, the name Hira was transferred to a street on the other side of the railway line. Hemi Street is still called that, as is Martin Street (it’s unclear who it was named after).

One notes that nearly all the lots are quarter acre (about 1,012 sq metres), which was fairly standard in those days.
