It has been pointed out by many Ratepayers that most of the time there are very few cars parked on the north side of Park Avenue along which KCDC plans this extension — usually 1, occasionally 3 — which thus causes little obstacle for cyclists (of which there are also very few). The only exception is during the Saturday morning markets, and the people milling around then is a big obstacle regardless for cyclists.

But as usual, KCDC pats Ratepayers on the head, saying, “there now, we know what’s best for you peasants.”
