For those wondering about the $5.6 million mentioned in Joel Maxwell’s article, here is another of the slides presented at last November’s breakfast briefing — not that it answers much.

We assume “ED” stands for Economic Development, but what the initiatives comprise, we know not. Nor do we know what time period is involved, although presumably Michael Scott will want to see a big chunk of this spent before next year’s elections. 🙂
