From memory this business, the Matenga Garden Centre, ceased about 8 years ago and the street frontage since has been a weed showroom.

The “require the site to retain some limited commercial use” bit may be the reason why it hasn’t sold.  Another problem may have been the difference between the RV and the asking price, which is still big.  We’re sure the people who live in the area would appreciate an improvement to the street frontage at least.
