Theocracy — government in which one or more deities are recognized as supreme ruling authorities, giving divine guidance to human intermediaries who manage the government’s daily affairs.

Most theocracies in the World are Islamic as you might expect — Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Iran, Yemen and Afghanistan. One small example that isn’t is the Vatican City State.
