As the fires of racism by Mainstream Media activists are stoked daily, it’s time for New Zealanders to get behind a common vision.
The people of New Zealand spoke last October; we finally have a coalition government that is prepared to stand up for article three of Te Tiriti (the Treaty), equal rights. It’s not quick enough for some but moving in the right direction nevertheless as the Māori Wards bill passed its final reading on Tuesday.
The bill requires a local referendum on the establishment or ongoing use of Māori wards and Māori constituencies. This includes requiring a poll, at the next local body elections, on any Māori wards and Māori constituencies established without a poll.
It has already been well established that any such poll will inevitably go against racial preferences. And so, it is only those who are anti-West, undemocratic and prefer racist legislation who are up in arms.
In New Zealand legislation the definition of Māori is “a person of the Māori race of New Zealand; and includes any descendant of such a person”. Obviously that definition is meaningless, and I have challenged this definition with the Waitangi Tribunal. Despite a number of letters and reminders to them, detailed in my book Cannons Creek to Waitangi, they could not furnish me with any definition whatsoever!
Without clear definitions, which beyond “human” become more and more murky, we are left with the huge and nasty swill of Identity politics. Every day new and more bizarre identities are created, such as Māori, indigenous, Trans, non-binary etc., all of which can be defined in any way one wishes depending on the context. This indefinability means that one cannot easily build an argument to shoot it down, therefore any pushback can in the eyes of the deluded be labelled as hate speech, right?
Into this deep troublesome pit of indefinability, where young and vulnerable minds are drawn, activists like Moana Jackson and Dr Amanda Thomas dive bomb right into the deep end. The ensuing swill is picked up by the anti-government, anti-West Marxist mainstream media such as Newsroom, who spew this divisive narrative out to all who are stupid enough to fall for it.
Moana Jackson warned of increasing fears that Pākehā were being hard done by and that Māori were getting too much.
Now Dr Amanda Thomas gives us her opinion.
She states, “About five years ago, a small group of us were sitting around a kitchen table, eating chocolate biscuits and planning a book together. The table was Dr Moana Jackson’s and the bickies were fresh out of his oven. As he tidied crumbs and talked about decolonisation, re-indigenisation and an ethic of restoration, Jackson reflected on contemporary politics. He warned us that ‘right-wing’ [pro-equality] lobby group Hobson’s Pledge [read Pakeha] shouldn’t be underestimated.”
It’s not Pakeha they are complaining about, there is no such thing, it is the West. Yet there they are wallowing in a pile of Western chocolate biscuits, in Western kitchens, in Western clothes, and using Western concepts to destroy the West and its individualism. And the only way for them to fight Western individualism is to promote racism, in other words ‘re-indigenisation,’ another meaningless social construct.
It is Dr Thomas and Jackson who are complaining about “Pakeha” becoming uppity. However, the social construct Māori/Pakeha contains no meaning either, i.e., no one wakes up every day and lives their lives as a Pakeha, instead do so as individuals. ‘Pakeha’ has become a negative social construct, and those like Jackon and Thomas are weaponizing it. It is for that reason, we must reject the term, just as we have rejected the ‘n’ word.
The last election result was proof that the majority of New Zealanders have had enough of being labelled Pakeha or Māori. Also, preferential treatment based on race has become sickening, so it is time to silence the racist dinosaurs such as Moana Jakson and Dr Thomas and the anti-West media that promote them.
Believe me, making a complaint to a racist organisation about their bigoted activity is a complete waste of energy. So, the time has come in New Zealand for you to turn off anti-West TVNZ, ignore the negative Newsroom, and shun Stuff. Do yourself a favour, if it’s news you want, you will get to the truth using various social media outlets so much quicker than with the legacy media.
Life becomes so much more pleasant when you turn off the racist doomsday squad.
