Warning: If you believe that “Democracy” in New Zealand is safe, certain and will continue, you may need to rethink that, illusion, urgently!
The race based Maori Party in New Zealand (the correct and legal name) is intending to completely change all that: — health, courts, land ownership etc… Everything effectively placed under the absolute control of a very few activists, which means a dictatorship scenario for New Zealand. The way of life enjoyed by New Zealanders for many generations is under siege from an enemy within. You could call this a seditious threat: Racism, Socialism, Fascism or Apartheid… perhaps a mix of all of these? But it will not be Democracy.
Set out below is a taste of what the Maori Party wants to impose on everyone else living in New Zealand — and that would be determined by a radical group of a small minority, all based upon race, entitlement and privilege.
Democracy either exists or it does not, there cannot be co-governance, dual sovereignty, or chieftain rule in the same place at the same time. Former PM David Lange correctly said in 2000 that “democratic form of government and indigenous sovereignty cannot co-exist and we can’t have them both”

At a public meeting in Wellington 2022, both Maori mayoral candidates, Tory Whanau and Paul Eagle, said they supported 50:50 co-governance. Tory Whanau was subsequently elected mayor by Wellington the Woke.
To be fair, this was not given any publicity by Wellington’s newspaper, the DomPost, nor as I recall by Wellington Scoop (which aspires to be less mainstream). Might not have made any difference of course.
If these needs are to come about a few more will have to get off their backsides and get a job to pay a bit of tax instead of taking taxpayer money for doing nothing.
