Elon Musk tells it like it is. Straightforward, without political jargon, just the truth: “Ireland should leave the EU. All countries should, IMO. It is destroying democracy in Europe.” One simple tweet, but full of truth and urgency. And it’s exactly what we in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe need to hear.
The European Union is no longer the voluntary cooperative project it was once sold as. It has degenerated into a technocratic monster, an undemocratic power bloc that systematically robs member states of their autonomy, their legislative power, and their cultural identity.
And when even the man behind Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink says it out loud, it’s high time to wake up.
