It’s actually not as bad as things the KCDC has wasted money on, such as the Paraparaumu bus station’s two shelters with ‘organic’ roofs or the ‘Great Wall of Waikanae’, but it’s still impressive squandering.

Translation: it’s a toilet block, dressed up like an art installation.
