While not the most belliose EU leader (Herr Merz of the 4th Reich has that status), Ms Frederiksen is up there. One can safely assume that her helicopter was buzzing the ship concerned.

COPENHAGEN (ANP) – Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has condemned the firing of flares by a Russian frigate as a “reckless action”. According to the Danish armed forces, the flares nearly hit a military helicopter on Monday evening.
“These Russian actions are intended to intimidate and divide us,” Frederiksen wrote in a statement on X. “They will not succeed. We will not waver.”
According to the Danes, the military helicopter was conducting a routine operation to photograph the Russian frigate when it suddenly fired flares. The Russian ship was in international waters near Gedser. That is Denmark’s southernmost town, located north of Rostock, Germany, on the other side of the Baltic Sea.
