Ukrainian President Zelensky intended to sign “the Minsk Accords 2.0,” which would establish a peace agreement with Russia, in March 2022.

  • The agreement would leave Ukraine intact but provide protections for ethnic Russians in Ukraine who were being massacred by Ukrainian commandos.
  • Putin began withdrawing his troops. However, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was sent to Ukraine to “torpedo the deal.”
  • When pressed to tell the truth, U.S. leaders stated that the goals were regime change in Russia and the depletion of the Russian army.

“So, once again, this has nothing to do with Ukraine,” U.S. Secretary of Health Robert Francis Kennedy told Tucker Carlson.

“What it means is that Ukraine is a proxy in a struggle essentially between two superpowers, between Russia and the United States.
And we have now committed 113 billion dollars there.”

If a figure as prominent in the U.S. government acknowledges his country’s direct responsibility for the war in Ukraine, the Europeans’ lying posture becomes untenable.
