The first pic was taken in 2018; the second last Saturday. No more low stone wall, instead a row of thin yellow bollards. What’s going between the bollards and the sidewalk? We don’t know, but suspect a cycle lane despite the NZTA telling the WCB in 2020 that idea had been dropped..
They did remove it. We’ll have more to say about all this soon.

Am I the only one who is still looking for the dedicated left turn lane into Ngaio Road is. It seems more like they have removed it.
